Destination Team Building from THEY improv started very simply in 2005 but has since expanded into one of the larger and more successful team building companies in the world. We have worked with over half of the Fortune 500, with a much greater concentration of the top 20.

In the beginning we worked with charities to help them raise money and achieve their goals. This expanded into the corporate world and due to our Director's experience in the business world, we were uniquely positioned to help large companies.

The name THEY is not an acronym. It indicates our fundamental philosophy. Our events are not about us, the events are about what THEY need. With our emphasis on the needs of our clients, it is no wonder that we've become so popular.

We began in one of the bigger destinations for corporate events...South Florida. Since then we have expanded throughout the US, the islands of the Caribbean and to Europe. We are practically everywhere that you may want to be.
